“Hope in God”, elevates our state of mind as we are comforted “Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my help and my God. In other words; hope is used in three senses: (1) A desire for something good in the future, (2) The thing in the future that we desire, and (3) The basis or reason for thinking that our desire may indeed be fulfilled, what we expect to happen. This is how the vibes of “Promise and Hope”, charity, began to take roots towards its inception with a calling and a deep desire to impact lives of poor Christian children in Pakistan, who continue to face unremitting challenges in pursuit of education.

Ever since, the founding President, Mr. Pervaiz A Sardar, moved to United Kingdom, from the city of Lahore, heart of Pakistan, following his career as a nurse in the clinical field. He felt a deep longing to help those who wish to complete their early education, so that they may too find green pastures over the course of their lives, particularly those who lack of resources. Thus, to make this dream a mission, he moved on, backed by his family and friends, who overwhelmingly supported the idea and encouraged him to get “Promise and Hope”, registered as a charity in the UK.

We believe, founding a charity, is in its real term means “Promise”. On our part that becomes an intrinsic force enabling “Promise and Hope”, more than a reality, as it strives to foster education portfolio, among the deserving children in facilitating them to virtually accomplish, unmet, would-be state of holistic life. Which otherwise is being drifting away due to mediocrity, negligence, disadvantaged and unprotected childhood, domestic chores and unprovoked hardships from one generation to the next.

Let’s acknowledge the fact that education is a universal human right.

To be able to read and write is a gift of immeasurable worth. Moreover, education is a social process that enables human beings to develop their quality of life and lead a purposeful social life. The progressive school of thought, will agree that education is a key to a positive future and the only source of formation of human capital that produces, responsible citizens for the country.
